One side of square is 48/4 =12 so area = 12*12 = 144.

Exactly up to the point, sir! ..nothing more required

The side length of the square is 48 4 = 12 \dfrac{48}{4}=12 , so the area is 1 2 2 = 144 12^2=\boxed{144}

the sqrt of 5 is 5%. So. it has x as the perimeter of 8. But. if suddenly like a clock. we move 12². We won't have a perimeter of 8 for x².

Perimeter, 4a= 48=>a=12 Area, a^2=12*12=144.
