It's like this.
POETRY→QONDSQX

●After P-Q, Before P-O, Before O-N, Before T-S, Before R-Q, Before Y-X

Same in OVER→PNUDQ.

Now,

MORE→NLNQD.

●After M-N, Before M-L, Before O-N, Before R-Q, Before E-D.

MORE NLNQD \therefore \text{MORE}\rightarrow \boxed{\text{NLNQD}}

You made a small mistake while explaining "poetry"! (Check third step - I don't think N comes before E!)
