[(10)(0.04)(0.01)(10)]/[(0.001)(0.01)(100)] = 0.04/0.001 = 4(10^-2)/(10^-3) = 4[10^(-2-(-3)] = 4[10^(-2+3)] = 4(10^1) = 4(10) = 40

10 0.1=1. So upside 1 .2 .2 1=4. Downside .001*100=1 so 0.01

0.4/0.01 (which means 4/10 divided by 1/100. So its 40
