EASY PROBLEM
A person goes t work on the 27th floor of a building. The building is of 30 floors. When he comes early and no one else isn there he is able to reach the 12th floor. When it is raining he is able to reach the 27th floor. When other people are there in the lift with him he is able to reach the 27th floor.

man is a of short stature. He can't reach the upper elevator buttons, but can push them with his umbrella on a rainy day. When other people are there in the lift with him he is able to reach the 27th floor, because the another person is taller, otherwise he can get on another man's shoulders or vice versa... there may be other reasons, but among the answers to choose this seems the most logical.
