(X1)(Y1)=12, (X2)(Y2)=12. Thus, (X1)(Y1)(X2)(Y2)=144

Very simple.

x \large{x} y = 12 \cdot {y = 12}

x 1 × x 2 × y 1 × y 2 = 12 × 12 = 144 \large{x_1×x_2×y_1×y_2=12×12=144}
