Two identical particals of same mass and with same charges "q" and particle density "a" are tied to two seprate strings of lenght L and the other ends of string are tied and attached vertically to wall....the angle made with vertical is theta....noe the system isdipped in liquid of density "b" ..... the angle made by string with vertical is still theta.....find the dielectric constant of liquid in terms of a and b
