FACTORISE NUMERATOR.X-7 CANCELS . X+9 IS LEFT.7+9 IS 16

Since numerator and denominator go to 0 for x-->7 then we differentiate up and down as Hopital teaches and we get 2x+2 for x-->7 which equals 16 :) faster to do than to explain since we are differentiating polynomials.
