Elliptical Curves.

Geometry Level 1

If a tangent on ellipse at A ( 1 , 1 ) A(1, 1) intersect it’s directrix at B ( 7 , − 6 ) B (7, -6) and S S be the focus of the ellipse and C ( α , β ) C(\alpha, \beta) is the centre of the ellipse, then find the value of α + β \alpha + \beta .


The answer is 1.
