Epsilon varies as V

A parallel plate capacitor is filled by a dielectric whose relative permittivity varies with the applied voltage V V as ϵ = α V \epsilon = \alpha V where α = 2 V 1 \alpha = 2V^{-1} . A similar capacitor with no dielectric is charged to V 0 = 78 V V_0 = 78 V . It is then connected to the uncharged capacitor with the dielectric. Find the final voltage on the capacitors.

The answer is 6.

Why don't we need to integrate to get charge on second capacitor?

Isn't it like that every section of the dielectric behaves as a dielectric with different epsilon? I think the solution neglects that part. @Nishant Rai

Bhai why dont we integrate to get the charge on second capacitor? I did with that.. and the answer wasnt an integer... then i tried with the above method.. and got it....

Why should we integrate the capacitance doesn't vary with distance and all that. The solution provided seems reasonable.
