If the circle x 2 + y 2 + A x + B y + C = 0 x^2+y^2+Ax+By+C=0 passes through the origin and has the same center as the circle x 2 + y 2 − 4 x + 6 y − 3 = 0 , x^2+y^2-4x+6y-3=0, what is the value of A + B + C ? A+B+C?

circle passes through origin hence(0,0)satisfy the equation of circle so C = 0; circle have same center so A = -4 & B= 6 so A + B + C = 2
