Each of the triangles have an equivalent resistance of 2 ohm, where two resistors are connected in series and another in parallel; (3+3)3/(3+3)+3 = 2.

Now, there are four triangles, 2 sets have 2 resistors in series while upper and lower half are in parallel in between A and B. So, equivalent resistance = (2+2)(2+2)/(2+2)+(2+2) = 2 ohm.

You are welcome. :))

Thanks for the explanation
