Eveness is only with respect to Integers and not fractions. Thus 0, -2 and 2 x 2 are the three even numbers.

2.4 is decimal and decimal cannot be integer

Only 0,-2 and (2 * 2)=4 are even integers as they are divisible by 2. So, there are 3 even integers in the list.

Even integers are all the numbers multiples of 2. That includes -2, -4, -8 and there goes on.

The only possible even integers in the given set that is divisible by 2 are 0,-2 and(2*2)=4. So the obvious answer is 3.

The fractions can't be included, as integers don't include them. The same goes for decimals. Hence, 0, -2 and 2 x 2 are even numbers remaining. So our answer is 3.
