A possible mistake can be 1 1 0 = ( 1 ) ( 0 1 ) = 0 \dfrac {1}{\frac{1}{0}}=(1)\left (\dfrac {0}{1}\right)=0 but note that 1 0 \dfrac {1}{0} is not a fraction instead it is undefined .Therefore we have something undefined in the denominator which leads to the whole expression being undefined.

i thought 1/0 was equal to infinity and its inverse was zero. was it not?

1/0= infinitie so, the expression will become 1/infinite which equals to zero
