There are is an example where this statement is wrong. Take for example 2 0 2^0 which is essentially 1. Thus this result contradicts the statement and thus the statement is wrong.

The all non-negative powers of 2 \boxed{2} are even.

The above statement is not true for 2 0 = 1 \text{2}^{0}=1 And also 1 \boxed{1} is o d d \color{#20A900}{odd} .

Thus the answer is N o \color{#D61F06}{No}
