The answer should be 70. How can it be 60 man??????????????????????

I notice that the number of positive integers that are divisors of both of those numbers is 70, and I also notice that this set includes just 10 odd integers. (Notice that the question asks for even positive integers.)

subtract no. of odd divisors from total no of divisors
