(( R)^2)/((R + h)^2) = 0.64 .............. which implies (R/(R + h)) = 0.8 ........... put R =6400 and simplify ......... you will get h = 1600 ( don't use the formula ( (g')/(g)= (1 - (2h/R) ) ..as it is used when h<<R ) !
