"My paternal grandfather has only one child, Harry". This means Harry is my father. (Harry can't be my mother because question said "paternal grandfather"). "Harry has two daughters Lisa and Sara and one son". This means, Lisa and Sara are my sisters and Harry's son is me (as question said, "I am a boy"). Lisa's son will be my nephew as Lisa is my sister.
