Person A types 20 20 pages in 4 4 hours. Every hour, person A types 20 4 = 5 \dfrac{20}{4} = 5 pages

Person B types 20 20 pages in 5 5 hours. Every hour, person B types 20 5 = 4 \dfrac{20}{5}=4 pages

Together, both of them type 5 + 4 = 9 5+4=9 pages in an hour.

They have to type 900 900 pages. This means they will need to type for 900 9 = 100 \dfrac{900}{9}=100 hours

The slower person is person B, and he will need to type 4 × 100 = 400 4\times 100 = \boxed{400} pages
