Faulty pendulum?

A pendulum clock is mounted in an elevator car which starts going up at a uniform acceleration a a , ( a < g a<g ). After ascending a height h h above the starting point direction of acceleration is reversed keeping its magntiude constant . Find time after start of motion of the car when clock will show the right time again .

Details And Assumptions-

a = 5 m/sec^2

g = 10 m/sec^2

h = 10 m .
