A B C D ABCD is a square and E , F E, F , and G G are midpoints of its sides.

How many members are there in the largest family of similar triangles?

Triangles may contain more than a single colored area. For example A F D AFD would count as a triangle, but may and may not be in the correct family of triangles.


The answer is 8.
