Simply sprinkle copper sulfate onto the fuel, light it and enjoy the green flames! The copper is not consumed by the fire so if you are burning a clean fuel you can reuse the copper sulfate again and again. Cupric sulfide make's g r e e n \color{#20A900}{green} f l a m e \color{#D61F06}{flame} .

Then how is the colour produced? Copper Sulphate must be consumed.
