This is the famous Fabonacci series. where the first two terms are defined as 0 , 1 0, 1 and the rest is a n = a n − 1 + a n − 2 a_n = a_{n-1}+a_{n-2} .

This is none other than the famous Fibonacci series.Therefore the next term is 13 +8 , which is 21.
