Interesting one..
Arrange the letters in dictionary order as B,E,I,L,M,O.
Total arrangements = 6! = 720.
Come from last since Mobile comes very late in the dictionary.
from last O occupies earlier position. The total combinations will be 5! = 120
Now we are left with 600 words.
Now M takes first position then O takes second position as per dictionary from last.
With MOL as first 3 positions we have 3! = 6 combinations to be removed.
Similarly, for MOI(6) & MOE(6).
So, we are left with 582 words.
Now, MOB takes first 3 and MOBLIE will be 582nd word and MOBLEI will be 581st word.
Hence, MOBILE will be 580th word.
