great grandmother's age = 19x

my age = 3x-1

mother's age = 5(3x-1)-30

mother's age = my age + 26

5(3x-1)-30 = 3x-1+26

15x-5-30 = 3x+25

12x = 60

x = 5

substitute the value of x to the representation of great grandmother's age, we have

19x = 19(5) = 95

Then my age = ( 3x - 1)

Then My Mother's Age = 5(3x - 1) - 30
