We know that for a regular hexagon side length a a , the area is equals to 6 times the equilateral triangle Δ \Delta of same side length: S h e x = 6 S Δ S_{hex}=6S_{\Delta} . The area of the rectangle, as the figure shown, is S r e c = 4 S Δ S_{rec}=4S_{\Delta} . So S h e x = 3 2 S r e c = 60 m 2 S_{hex}=\frac{3}{2}S_{rec}=\boxed{60 m^{2}}
