A very clever and difficult (for me) puzzle. I assume it's composed. I'd like to know where it comes from.
I could see many paths to mate in 3, so it wasn't hard to assume there was a subtle mate in 2. I wanted to find it before I assumed that was the answer. I'd like to know how many solvers actually found the solution. Perhaps there is more than one?
I believe the key first move white must make is: 1. Rxd6! I shall leave it up to you to figure out what white responds to the many things black can try. It was rewarding for me to find them. Have fun.
