If ...Kg8, 2. Ne7+ Kh8 3. Rxh7+ Kxh7 4. Rh1#

If ...fxg6, 2. Rxh7+ Kxh7 3. Rh1#

As such, it takes maximum 4 \boxed{4} moves to checkmate the black King.
