The numbers are obtained by evaluating the expression

π(10^x); x = 1,2,3 ...

Where π(n) -> the prime-counting function is the function counting the number of prime numbers less than or equal to some real number n

It is denoted by π(n) (unrelated to the number π)

That's what I mean. All the geniuses are Indian. I mean, is it fair that other countries do not enjoy the same gift?

That's a bit stereotypical and racist, there; besides, 75% of current solvers are North American. Also, it isn't quite hard to come across this function if you have done some messing around with primes before. Here is the function in a wiki.
