(PMO 2017) Suppose that { $a_{n}$ } is a non constant arithmetic sequence such that $a_{1} = 1$ and the terms $a_{3}, a_{15}, a_{24}$ form a geometric sequence in that order. Find the smallest index $n$ for which $a_{n} < 0$ .
