Find The Radius of The Sun from Earth

Level pending

The distances of moon to earth is about 384.400km and the distances of sun to earth is about 149.600.000km. If we said that the view of diameter of sun and moon from earth is almost same. For how long the radius of the sun?

Almost 400 times distances moon to earth Almost 800 times distaces moon to earth Almost 200 times distances moon to earth Larger than almost 800 times distances moon to earth

Because the view of diameter of sun and moon from earth is almost same so

d i a m e t e r o f s u n d i s t a n c e s o f s u n = d i a m e t e r o f m o o n d i s t a n c e s o f m o o n = 1 \frac{diameter of sun}{distances of sun}=\frac{diameter of moon}{distances of moon}=1

we see that diameter and distances of sun to earth is almost same then the radius is

r a d i u s = 1 / 2 d i a m e t e r radius=1/2diameter

r a d i u s = 200 d i s t a n c e s m o o n t o e a r t h ( a l m o s t ) radius=200 distances moon to earth(almost)
