1 solution

One way of solving this is to use the formula A = 1 2 ( c + C ) L A=\dfrac{1}{2}(c+C)L where c c and C C are the circumferences of the bases and L L is the slant height.

So we have,

180 = 1 2 ( 6 + 18 ) ( L ) 180=\dfrac{1}{2}(6+18)(L)

360 = 24 L 360=24L

L = 15 c m L=15~cm

Thanks for the solution! :)
