A n = A n-1 + n A n-1 = A n-2 + n - 1 ... A n = A n-2 + (n-1) + n A n = A n-3 + (n-2) + (n-1) + n ... A n = A n-k + (n-k+1) + ... + n

k = n

A n = A 0 + n(n+1)/2

A_0 = 1

A_n = 1 + n(n+1)/2

...

S_n = ∑ (n(n+1)/2 +1)

S_n = ∑(n²/2 + n/2 + 1)

S_n = (n+1)n(2n+1)/6 + n(n+1)/2 + n

S_n = (n+1)n(2n+1)/12 + n(n+1)/4 + n
