First, to solve the inequality, we must approach it like a single variable equation and subtract the 1 from both sides of the expression

−5<1−3x<10

−6<−3x<9

Now, we must divide each side by -3. Remember, though, whenever we multiply or divide an inequality by a negative, the inequality signs REVERSE. So we will now get:

2>x>−3

And if we put it in proper order, we will have:

−3<x<2

Our final answer is H, −3<x<2
