F I V E + F I V E = 6280 6280 ÷ 2 = F I V E 6 ÷ 2 = F F = 3 \overline{FIVE}+\overline{FIVE}=6280\Rightarrow6280÷2=\overline{FIVE}\Rightarrow6÷2=F\Rightarrow F=\boxed{3}

This is what you call a cryptogram. To figure this problem try solving the other letters first. If every letter means the same number (if that makes sense) then the letter t means 2 (for ex.) wherever you see it. Start by solving the first one. E + E = 0 E must stand for 0 because only one number can add to 0. Now do V + V = 8 If we want the first number to be the same as the second one, what is V going to equal? Well only one number equals 8; and is the same number, the number is 4 so V is 4. Next we do I which equals 2; so using the same method I equals 1. Now all we have left to do is F which is what we want and F plus F is equal to 6. So again using the same method you get 3. 3 is your answer. (p.s another way of doing this is by taking the end number and dividing it by two) Hope this helps! :)
