It could occur in all of these.

You should specify that you're looking for the greatest probability answer.

And, zero-gravity does not exist.


And technically this is not really a "solution. You're just throwing the answer out there, but not explaining it; why does the flame obtain the spherical shape under a weak influence of external force (such as gravity)?
