Flipping coins pt.5 (Getting harder...)

I have two coins and two fair 5 sided dice. The coins are biased. Coin A is 30% heads and 70% tails. Coin B is 10% heads and 90% tails. I flip each coin and each dice exactly once. What is the probability (assuming that it follows the laws of probability) that I receive one tail, one head and two 4s? Give your answer as a decimal.

The answer is 0.0136.
