Call a Brilliant user popular if he has more followers than people he follow, or a learner if he has less followers than people he follow.

Consider 3 people, a a , b b and c c . Say that c c follows a a , b b follows a a , and that's it. Then p < q p < q . Instead, say that c c follows a a and c c follows b b . Then p > q p > q . Therefore there is not enough information
