Easy and Quick explanation:

7 x 2 + 2 x 4 x 2 11 x 7x^{2} + 2x - 4x ^{2} - 11x in simplified form is 3 x 2 9 x 3x^{2} - 9x .

3 ( x 2 3 x ) = 3 x 2 9 x 3(x^{2} - 3x) = 3x ^ {2} - 9x ------ Correct

3 x ( x 3 ) = 3 x 2 9 x 3x(x - 3) = 3x ^ {2} - 9x ------- Correct

x ( 3 x 9 ) = 3 x 2 9 x x(3x - 9) = 3x ^ {2} - 9x -------- Correct

3 x 2 ( 1 3 x ) = 3 x 2 9 x 3 3x^{2}(1 - 3x) = 3x ^ {2} - 9x^{3} ------ Incorrect

And of course 3 x 2 9 x = 3 x 2 9 x . 3x^{2} - 9x = 3x^{2} - 9x.
