we know Ek=p^2/2m,or p^2=2mEk,now we know kinetic energy while touching the floor is Ek=Ep=mgh=10 * (8/10) * (98/10)=784/10 J,so p^2=2 * 10 *(784/10) or p^2=1568 so p=40 kgm/s
