Can we also give an example where the object is actually at rest but from our frame which is in motion it appears to move but in that case also we can't say that a force acting on it because it's not moving, we are.

I guess up you are talking about relative motion but here we are discussing different topic.

Constant velocity has a net force of zero meaning no acceleration and no change in speed and direction which are variables of this resuly
Recently , a planet named Lubricon VI has been discovered far away in the cosmic soup , which is supposed to have no atmosphere so no air drag and also has a very even surface throughout with frictionless material called lubrica so no resistance too. There these type of questions will have their true meaning.
