72 is the smallest number which can be divided by 12, 24, 9 & 18 (i.e LCM ). Adding 72 min to 11:30 we get 12:42 pm

LCM of 12, 24, 9 and 18 = 72. So on adding it to 11:30 am we get the answer as 12:42pm.
