For example: all 4 birds rolled a 2 (in the die) as the outcome.

A die has 6 possible outcomes:1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Since the die would be rolled 4 times, the number of possible outcomes is 6 4 = 1296.
Since there are only 6 possible outcomes that they all have the same number rolled (all 4 birds have a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 when they roll the die), the probability will be 1 2 9 6 6 and in lowest term: 2 1 6 1 .
