We put 6 walls among 4 clementines. Walls are numbered from left to right. Let clementines to the left of Wall 1 be given to first person, clementines between Wall 1 and Wall 2 be given to second person, clementines between Wall 2 and Wall 3 be given to third person, ... , clementines to the right of Wall 6 be given to seventh person. The number of permutations of walls and clementines will be the number of ways we can give 4 clementines to 7 persons. So, the answer is [(7-1) + 4]! / (7-1)! / 4! = 210.
