At their destination, Frank has about 0.3 0.3 pounds of cookies to eat. (Rounded to the nearest hundredth) How many pounds of bananas does George have to eat? Express your answer to the nearest hundredth.

Calculate the number of times they got tax by each encounter. For Frank, the number of times is 2(1+5/100)^x=0.3. Solving for x gives us 38.8832. Now with the same period, George's 3 pounds after tax is 3(1+5/100)^38.8832=0.45
