Nihar lives on one quarter of his land, the area marked as ' A '. He decides to divide the remaining three- quarters of his land between his friends, Swapnil, Rishabh, Sandeep and Sravanth. He makes the plan of his land using some matchsticks as shown above.

What is the minimum no. of matchsticks he needs to add such that the area and shape of the divided lands should exactly be the same?

S is where Nihar lives and and the highlighted segments mean added matchsticks. So the answer is 8 (count in the figure )
