There is one more cube in B.
Here's one way to see it:

Did you think about this the same way, or did you see it differently?

I found out the total number of cubes in both structures, and then compared them.

I saw (A) as five triangular towers: 1 + 6 + 15 + 6 + 1 = 29
I saw (B) as a cuboid: 2 × 3 × 5 = 30
Since B > A, A cannot be rearranged into B.

in (A): at the middle=15 at both sidess it's 7=7+7=14 total=29 in(B): total=5*6=30 the answer is NO
