If earth's at a distance of 1 AU from the Sun in a circular path, and you are at a distance of 2 AU from the Sun, find the minimum angle made by line joining you and earth with the one joining Sun and you when the angular velocity with respect to you if earth is zero.(Express your answer in degrees.)

sin x = 1/2----->x=30 degree and By Rw=equal, we get their velocities in ratio half.

Give me the reason why the relative angular velocity is zero.
