If there exists a function from real numbers to real numbers such that f(x + y) = f(xy) (where x and y are greater than or equal to 4) and if f(8)=9. Then find the value of f(9)

F ( 9 ) = f ( 20 ) = f ( 4 + 16 ) = f ( 64 ) = f ( 16 ) = f ( 8 ) = 9 . F(9) = f(20) = f(4+16) = f(64) = f(16) = f(8) = \boxed{9}.
