In a set of two gears, as we know if one rotates in clockwise or anti-clockwise, the other will rotate in the opposite direction. In this diagram, Gears with odd parity rotate in clockwise direction, and gears with even parity rotate in anti-clockwise direction.
Since the last gear has odd parity, It will rotate in clockwise direction.
