So, in my school, we learn Latin and Greek stems for fun and as a competition. The stem "hexa" means 6 so you can automatically just click 6 and get the right answer.

P.S. STop making problems and announcements that are too easy or having something wrong with it. We want to have a brilliant experience by solving hard, logical problems.

If you think it is easy, please just don't do my contributions to Brilliant.org. Many people find if interesting, sorry to know that you don't. I will improve it.

The prefix of a *hedron refers to the number of sides. "hex" is a prefix that means six. Thus, just as a hexagon has 6 sides, a hexahedron has 6 faces.

A hexahedron need not be cubic. It need not even be a rectangular parallelepiped. It need only have exactly six faces. A triangular prism with one truncated corner is a hexahedron.

A regular hexahedron is necessarily a cube.

A 'hexahedron' is also known as a 'cube'. A cube has 6 plane surfaces (faces).
